Catch: Must purchase the $6.99 + tax ($7.60) price first, then mail the filled out form with original receipt to the address given. Details are on each shampoo’s paper, but pretty much the same – mail in rebate. You can only purchase 1 of each brand per household. So if you have two mailing addresses, then you should definitely buy 2! Just remember when you buy these, to buy then individually because they need ORIGINAL receipt. Basically you’re only paying tax ($.61cents).  *Form picture below is actual size of the tags.
Expiration Date: Renpure says postmark w/in 30days, and Organix says buy between 11/1/09 – 12/31/10.

HalfEmptyWallet Notes: Accidentally saw this at CVS when looking for the DOVE Men’s Wash.  So I guess these are new brands trying to promote themselves right now?  Organix actually has a good variety, love the fruit smells!
