Step 4: Enter your information. Use the correct email address to receive confirmation. They will also be checking ID with your confirmation that day. Only your name is checked according to the Step 7 Email Print Confirmation.

Step 5: Information Confirmation. Email confirmation with print out confirmation will be sent in a minute to your email.

Step 6: Email confirmation.
