Instructions:

4. Finish up, enter your mailing address, and add promo code to see from $7.99 to $0 total. No shipping is shown yet.
5. After finishing that page, the next page will ask for your credit card. Nothing will be charged until the page after when you confirm.
6. Next page includes the total final billing with shipping price taken off. You can then confirm the $0 total and wait around 10 days to receive it.

I am not sure if you could use this promo code again on one account. However, if you have multiple people in your household or office, have them make another walgreens account to use the promo code again.
