Bargain Hunter Theory (Black Friday/Holiday):

Theres more clothing/accessory/non-perishable items due to economy.  Stores have a decrease in sales, thus storing more  & more of their sale & off season merchandise.  Thus they wait until last minute for huge sale events to get rid of everything.

Conclustion: Reason theres a better selection of clothing, accessories, shoes, candy and such this year at ceratin stores that didn’t meet their normal sales during regular season.
